Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Terms

Subscription to digital products (lesson plans and teaching materials) is provided on an auto-renewal basis.

Payments are automatically charged according to the selected plan:

• monthly

• every 6 months

• every 12 months

By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your personal account.

Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

If cancelled:

• access remains active until the end of the paid period

• no further charges will occur

If not cancelled on time:

• the subscription will automatically renew

• payment will be charged accordingly

3. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for managing and cancelling their subscription on time.

Failure to use the service does not constitute cancellation and does not qualify for refunds.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are final.

We do not provide refunds for:

• partially used subscription periods

• unused access

• automatically renewed subscriptions

5. Plan Changes

Changing subscription plans (upgrade or downgrade) is not available after purchase.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via Hutko in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).

7. Contact

All subscription management actions, including cancellation, must be performed via the user's personal account.
