Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

The agreement is considered concluded upon payment or user registration.

2. Terms and Definitions

  • “User / Buyer” — any person making a purchase

  • “Service” — access to digital materials

  • “Subscription” — access for a defined period

This agreement is governed together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

3. Rights and Obligations

Seller has the right to:

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in UAH.

Payments are processed via providers such as Portmone.

The price valid at the time of payment applies.

5. Service Delivery

Access is provided digitally after payment confirmation.

Duration depends on the selected plan.

6. Warranties and Liability

The Seller ensures proper access to materials.

The Seller is not responsible for:

  • user-side technical issues

  • misuse of materials

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are possible in case of:

  • technical errors

  • duplicate payments

Refunds are processed using the same payment method within up to 10 banking days.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

Parties are not liable for failure caused by force majeure events.

10. Term of Agreement

The agreement remains valid until obligations are fulfilled.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation or under applicable law.
